Selli serves as a guide through the portal experience, using our very own <a href=\"\/platform\/capabilities\/ai-machine-learning\">artificial intelligence (AI)<\/a> and Natural Language Processing capabilities to surface the most relevant information.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-width: 0px; border-style: solid; width: 539px; height: 278px;\" src=\"\/sites\/default\/files\/blogpost-client-portal-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"Client Portal\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re very excited to use our own Selligent technology to pilot this client-portal, including our <a href=\"\/press\/selligent-cortex-expands-to-deliver-ai-powered-content-recommendations\">Smart Content<\/a> capability, which leverages our AI engine, Selligent Cortex, to serve up content based on interest and previously accessed information. Selligent\u2019s engine actively looks at a client\u2019s content consumption behavior and recommends similar content they may be interested in viewing. Leveraging AI-powered content analytics, this will result in uniquely tailored experiences for clients, with content better aligned with specific roles and interests.<\/p>\n<p>Built from the ground-up, the newly-revamped portal is designed to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Be the central location for Selligent-related news and updates exclusive to clients<\/li>\n<li>Inform clients on new and upcoming capabilities, whether through published materials or tutorials<\/li>\n<li>Allow clients to subscribe to events, diverse trainings, and Masterclasses and to manage their certification path<\/li>\n<li>Highlight tips and tricks (from tactical to strategic) for improved campaign execution and management<\/li>\n<li>Share examples of client success for future campaign inspiration and developing connected experiences for different audiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our goal is to provide ongoing value and efficiency for our clients and deliver the most relevant content \u2013 always.
